Electrical Engineering / Electronic:

Modern Electronic is the developer of complex device and systems which are applicable in different branches of industry, medical and engineering. The purpose of this program is to create and improve the knowledge and technology of the design, development, operation, and process of electrical systems and circuits for various applications. For this, the students learn about the physics of semiconductors, structure and operation of different electrical elements like transistor, diode and integrated circuits. Along with that they grow the ability to analyze different electrical circuit and systems.

Courses in Electronic Branch of Electrical Engineering are designed to make students ready for continuing their studies towards higher educational achievements. There are 27 compulsory units that students should take. Students can also take graduate level courses as optional courses in their undergraduate studies.

Electrical Engineering / Power:

The main objective of this program is generation, distribution and transfer of electric energy. Two of the classic branches of this program are power systems and electrical machines engineering which includes designing, developing, control and guardianship of power systems and the study of their basic principles. Furthermore students can study principles and design of systems combined of static electric energy converters and electronic circuits on a new branch of power engineering called Power Electronic.

Undergraduate courses of this program have been designed in a way not only to make students familiar with principles of Power systems, but also make them ready for continuing their studies towards higher educational achievements. There are 27 compulsory units and interested students can take few courses from Graduate program as optional courses in their undergraduate studies.

 Electrical Engineering / Control:

In dynamic systems like electrical, mechanic and biological systems that change with time and are subject to disturbance, automatic control techniques are used to get the output of the system closer to what is should be. The objective of this program is to make students familiar with analysis and simulation of dynamic systems and also to teach them the principles of designing and using automatic control systems to improve their output. Furthermore considering the drastic improvement in information processing with the use of computer programs that has occurred in the last few decades, teaching students the skills of using computer programs in simulating the behavior of dynamic systems is part of our Control Engineering program. A few simple applications of Control systems are in industrial companies and service units, biomedical engineering, economy and industrial management.

 Electrical Engineering / Communication:

Communication and transfer of information has changed the way we live and work. The objective of this branch is to educate professional engineers who are well aware of the science and technology of this field. Graduates of this field should be able to understand the technology, plan and design for communication systems and networks and work in the related fields of this industry.

There are several specialized courses offered in this program. These course focus on subjects such as communication systems, antennas, wave and fields, transfer lines, Microwave, Electronic Switching, Television systems, Optical communication, Computer communication networks, Radar and satellite communication.
